I will start this post by dedicating the latest issue of the Garfield minus Garfield comic to Cyril, seeing as it is all about accordions. Yay! Thanks to Stephen and his Big Bad Blog for spotting the entry today. And also, for making a note of a very puzzling Google recommendation. If you want to know what it is, then search for the following terms: “be cautious when angering friends”…
Today was quite simply all mine for the taking, with no plans and no schedule whatsoever. And as a good Londoner, I took advantage of it to enjoy, well, London. Long walk along the Thames, visit to Top Shop (ya!), purchase of a few essential items (and one or two that are perhaps inessential), taking in the noise, the crowd, the sun, and all those lovely things a city has to offer. I am definitely in a good mood, that’s for sure.
I also acquired a Tweet Deck and tried to figure out how to use it. It’s rather neat. And in my renewed blogging interests, which had me fiddling with Google Reader and the WordPress suggested links, I found a story which you may (or may not, depending on your personal oddity threshold) want to read: the story of Fish, the fishtoad who liked noodles.
I leave you with a photo of myself taken on Sunday as we were waiting for the Piranha screening. I kinda like it.

would the eighties be back?
